  • Lease Update
    • Trying to negotiate a 2-year lease (over a 3-year lease)
      • Waiting on approval from landlord
      • Ben is following up on this
    • Want to eventually take over the space next door when more space is needed/we can afford it
  • Classes
    • Need to schedule at least 1 month ahead of class date
    • SMT - should be ready to begin publicizing the class in 2 week, class should be held in ~4
  • Reorganization Day
    • Tentatively scheduled for Sunday, July 13, from 1pm to 4pm
    • Will likely bribe members with food for participation
    • All projects that are in process will need to be cleaned up/taken home to prevent accidental trashing
  • Craigslist
    • Kegerator, "janky" drill press, radial arm saw, and plotter all slated for Craigslist listings
      • Will check with former owners on some items to make sure they don't want them back
    • Membership to be notified about ads immediately after posting
  • LAN Party Aftermath
    • May drop RSVP cap to 25 from 30 to prevent overcrowding

    • Not ordered yet
    • Will be ordered soon; paperwork still underway

    • Jonathan is investigating/meeting with members and leadership of other hobby groups
    • May propose associations with groups in future meeting

    • Midsouth Makers website has been having problems
    • Joe is graciously helping us out with this at the moment, but need long-term solution
