:Well I would say that the first thing you'll want to consider is what are you needing to control?  Right now I haven't built any really "sealed" enclosure or anything like that since I'm still just developing it. I want to do something like this but in a more controlled, sealed environment, specifically a collection of large sealed test tubes populated with brine shrimp and algae.
