• Current Membership Rates
  • Student: $25
  • Single: $45
  • Family: $75
• Proposed?
  • Student: $25 (Should we increase? ~$34 would be the same 33.33%)
  • Single: $60 (33.33% Increase)
  • Family: $100 (33.33% Increase)
• Discussion about need for raising dues and future path of the organization
  • Lease up in 2019
  • Cliff will coordinate/facilitate a half or day long planning meeting
  • Follow-through is the keyword for the year - if help is needed, ASK
  • This is a business and the business aspects need to be run as such

Space/Organization

• Monthly Purge of the Catacombs (First Weekend of the month?)
  • Board-designated person will handle disposal of donated equipment
  • Joe needs to create Donation guidelines document
  • Use wire rack for Lost/Found, place to put projects left out. After 30 days, will be purged
    • Goes into effect January 15th

Events

    • Space *should be* cleaner, we get more people, both new and old, when we cook.

• • Third week/weekend: New user orientation? Think laser cutter/3D printer sign offs, shop q/a
    • With new potential members, we can invite them back sometime during the last half of the month to learn more about things.
