Discussion of bylaws

- Money made from individual projects manufactured at the space.

Extensive discussion on projects guidelines and rules set out in the bylaws
- Group Projects
  - Group projects require written details presented to the board
  - Project leader is necessary
  - Board can stop funding for a project if it appears to be going no where
  - Documentation of project progress is required
  - Regular progress report must be presented to board
- Individual Projects
  - If an individual or group of individuals are willing to fund their own project it is entirely up to them to do as they please with the project with the reservation that the project will bring no harm to individuals in the space, the space itself, or the reputation of Midsouth Makers
Income of the group and individuals in the group
- 5% automatic deduction of all income generated by an individual at a Midsouth Makers public event
- 5% automatic deduction of all income generated by an individual through the Midsouth Makers online store
- a 5% donation of income generated by an individual through personal sales is requested, but is not required or policed
