• Bylaws / Member Rules Discussion
  • Addition to specify our stance of Intellectual Property as it pertains to the group and our members
  • Official stance:
    • Members Intellectual Property remains their own. MidsouthMakers has no claim to member Intellectual Property
    • MidsouthMakers maintains claim over it's own Intellectual Property of it's logos, icons, and other official depictions
• Joe has contacted GEEK Memphis organizers to try to get involved with them
  • GEEK Memphis is aligning something with TechCamp Memphis for a tech week in November?
  • Maybe we can do a big meeting with lots of projects and have GEEK group help promote it.
  • Still waiting to hear more from GEEK Memphis

Shop

• Need to fund / install a 220 power panel $350~$450 to install it (Currently $145 towards it)

  • What do we want to do with them
    • Create a dalik out of it.
    • Hack on them with the goal of getting them moving
    • Revist progress in a month
    • Dru and Mark, 6 weeks to get them moving
• Computers small stack - slower ram start selling / auctioning to members
  • Mark buying 8 of them for $150

• Vinyl Cutter computer up and running. Need to give lessons.
• Tagging and adding wiki pages for tools
