Group Leadership

John and Kevin have unfortunately had to step down due to personal issues
Motion to combine the duties of the Sergeant at Arms duties with the President duties
Sonny has been placed into the role as intermediary president until the next elections. Has there been any issue with this?

Financial Update

Current Money
- We are still bleeding roughly $200 a month
- We are on track to fold around end of December at the moment
Current Paying Members
- We are down

Event Discussion

Artist Involvement
- We want to stir up activity of the artistic individuals in the group. It would be nice to provide them with a little more benefit from the group as well.
  - The Double Decker Festival in Oxford, MS
  - Possible splitting profits
Skydog Con
- November 4th - 6th in Nashville
- We will have a booth
- We would like to be able to do printer demonstrations
- Sonny will be giving a presentation
- What do we need to prep for it?
RepRap Build Off
- Possible build off of several repraps by means of a bulk order
- Hope to do so in Nashville, sometime after Skydog Con
Midsouth Con
- We will have a table
- We have a 2 hour slot to present

10/8 - Soldering pt II - Building an Arduino Clone $35
10/22 - Pumpkin Carving Class led by Danny BYOP
10/29 - LAN Party IV - Do we need a shop clean up day? Do we need to start building tables/clearing things outD o we need help from Glenn to move large piles around to make more room? The pile of stuff on the couch- Can we dispose of it now?
