- Fiberglass Event - November 5th / Backup date 11/12
  - Kevin has a suggested change to the event
  - What do we need to get ready for this?
  - Mark Turnage mentioned we might want to double check we're clear to do this outside at CBU.
- Etching Workshop
  - Lets pick a month to set this in and a range of dates
  - We want to find the happy medium between events being too frequent and too far apart

- Update from Walter: Walter is contacting the city to look for other sites: http://www.downtownmemphis.com/ccrfc.asp
- Any News from Jeff about the space on Freemont?
- Set a time / date (If we can) for visiting launchpad co-working facility
- Set a time / date (If we can) for visiting Peabody loft.
- Received new contact from Rick about possible space, Daniel is working on exploring that one

- Halloween Bake Sale Oct 31st 12-3
  - Early on a saturday morning
  - Chris called walmart, was told to call back to talk to HR. Was told to talk to a specific person, will try again.
  - Walter is going to try 2 Krogers
- Fiberglass Event - November 5th / Backup date 11/12
  - Instructional or Informative?
  - Ideas for what to do with the fiberglass. Have a mold ready?
  - Hands on would be around $5 a person.
  - Will have to be outdoors, will be dark while we do this. Bring out work lights and set up.
  - Friday night would be better than a Saturday Morning
  - Will need long sleeve shirts, eye protection, masks, gloves. We will provide gloves and masks.

- Update from Walter: Walter is contacting the city to look for other sites: http://www.downtownmemphis.com/ccrfc.asp
  - They don't have any ability to help us out, but they can help us with a loan if we wanted retail space or facade renovation
  - Any space would be in a limited area near union / riverfront area. Not much useful information from us.
- Any News from Jeff about the space on Freemont?
  - No response yet. Still waiting.

  - Chris talked to the owner, will follow up about when would be a good time to come visit. Haven't heard back from Launchpad.

  - Industrial zoned area, close to a residential area that isn't too great.
  - Parking and the area is a big concern
