- Should we hold weekly board meetings until we're able to finish bylaws? We previously said we'd have bylaws finished by end of April.
- Dues Structure Changes
- A new demographic has been proposed
- Someone who only wants the community and access to the knowledge of others in the group
- Proposed changes
- Everyone must pay $5/mo ($60/year) for membership status
- Shop access (a.k.a. key) is given to those who wish to pay more (i.e. Regular = $40/mo, Family = {$75 $110 $145 $180}/mo, or Discounted = $20/mo)
- If someone wants an A La Carte shop access it is an additional $5 for each day they want
- A La Carte days are subject to times of when we can guarantee someone will be there
- A new demographic has been proposed
