• Upcoming Events
  • August 13th HAM Radio Class Taught By John
    • Anything left to concern with it?
    • Meeting that night should be kept short and most of the focus put on the HAM class to prevent an overwhelmingly long meeting.
  • September 10th T-shirt printing class taught by Daniel & Mary
    • Cost looks to be $20/person
    • We will want to collect as much as possible before hand to reduce excess supplies
  • Etching Class
    • A lot of people have expressed interest in it
    • Let's formulate a possible date
    • Ideas for the circuit?
  • LAN Party Sept 11th
    • E-mail has been sent out and word given to the group about the date, no complaints yet
    • How much room do we have?
    • How do we want to handle not being over crowded?
• Publicity
  • Redoing the website for the skating rink, updates?
  • Updates on publicity for the upcoming events
• Record Keeping
  • Whomever has the sign in sheet
    • Please ensure that either Joe gets a list of the attendance or you update the attendance for the meeting on the wiki
    • At the end of each month please scan in the sheets for that month and put them on the Google docs page

• August 13th Ham radio More on August 20th
• We're taking prepayments for $20 t-shirt class on the events page
  • probably 2 week before event deadline to sign up
• People are interested in an etching class
  • Waiting for the weather to cool off
  • Need to come up with a circuit and a date by a week from Friday the 20th.
  • Possible minimal hackduino that would run about $8
• Forge Field trip to see Greg's Forge August 27th.
• LAN Party Sept 11th
  • Group provides burgers / hot dogs / buns, attendees provide chips / drinks / etc
  • Possibly to go over and see the LAN party host to make sure we know how much room we have.
  • have a few people throw in money to buy food, donations for the food go to the group.
  • How would we handle capacity.
