Update on membership payments reviews. Financial Update January cheaper than normal on the utilities. Two months of Utilities make January look worse than it is. Dan got another IRS bill, previous is already updates shouldn't need anything from us, just needs to work itself out.

Updated list of members to contact about membership. Noted in spreadsheet as red.
