• Proposed Membership Changes
  • Smaller amount for spouses of members to have access to space. Social Member
• Update on Spaces
  • Freemont lease review (if we have it yet)
  • Moving into Freemont space Dec 1st
  • Monthly Expenses: Rent, Utilities, Insurance, ISP
  • What do we need before we move in? Anything?
  • How do changes and plans to the space need to be handled with us moving in before we've had opportunity to really work out the finer details of those?

I've got a few ideas on what we can do with the house and the side storage area, but also would think that we could just kinda move in and let it be known that we're going to do a cleanup effort before we start actual changes. I doubt we want people just hopping in and making drastic changes. People mentioned having time over the holidays to work on things and we should make use of that, but we probably should make it known that we will of course want to make some form of plans and agree upon them before hand. • Proposed Membership Changes
  • $75 For Family - 2 Adults + any dependents.
    • Each Adult is a full member
  • $45 Single Adult Membership
    • Covers a +1 Spouse / Relative / Dependent / Social Visitor
  • $25 Student or Learning Institution Faculty
  • Each full member is encouraged to bring dependents or friends (1-2) to visit the space for potential membership or family activity purposes.

  • We need to have a limited noise between 10pm-6am rule in the space
