Shop

• MidsouthMakers' Perpetual Beer Supply
  • Ben Eishen has taken the lead on this group project \o/
  • The thread can be found in the Google Groups
  • It looks like between Joe (turkey fryer) and Ryan T (15.5 gal electric kettle) we have a way of cooking the batch
  • We have a bottle-capper
  • We will need "Star-San" for sanitizing the used bottles, which Ryan T potentially has available.
  • We need to be on the lookout for a cheap keg or two
  • We could use a working chest-type freezer for beer storage
  • We need dark colored (brown prefered) pry-off glass bottles. Please donate your washed and rinsed bottles ** and leave them in the MsPacMan room for now, in the closet under the stairs.
  • Recommended bottles: Abita, Sam Adams, New Belgium Breweries (Fat Tire, 1554, etc)
• Go-kart\RC kart
  • Mark Turnage has graciously volunteered to be lead/point on this.

  • Ben E bypassed the fluorescent lamp in the shop that was causing the issues so the lights shouldn't be tripping the breaker anymore.

  • Trent and Dru cleaned up the shop storage room and mounted the parts bins on the wall and put some of the clutter away.

• Forward notes of meeting by designated note taker (Maybe ask Rachel? to help stir her involvement) to the board after a meeting so board can be prepared
