Group Leadership
- Midsouth Makers requires your time.
- Joe would like to raise a board issue about the suitability of John and Kevin as board members.
- The following seems to make apparent the lack of time to be able to perform the board member role for Midsouth Makers
- Absence from Multiple Meetings
- It's understandable to miss meetings, Especially when a job requires it, however there has been no apparent interest shown in how the meetings went, nor has there been any activity outside of the regular meeting times.
- Real life events may also play a role in taking us away from meetings. Instead of an extended board member absence, offer to step down or offer some alternative to another meeting day.
- Lack of general interest in the happenings of the group
- Lack of response when specifically asked for input
- Absence from Multiple Meetings
