President

  • Lead meetings as needed
  • Represent group for external demonstrations / speaking engagements
  • Ensure group held to standards of Bylaws & Membership Rules
  • Keep efforts of the board on point and progress being made
  • Facilitate scheduling and coordination of board efforts
  • Support other board members in their duties as needed

Vice President

  • Act as a Quartermaster for the space
  • New member introduction / management
  • Alternate meeting leader / group representative
  • Support President in ensuring progress on board efforts is made
  • Support other board members in their duties as needed

Treasurer

  • Maintain group financial accounts
  • Ensure members do not fall behind in dues
  • Monthly reports to the board of financial status
  • Ensure group financial obligations are met on time (Rent, Bills)
  • Ensure any federal / state paperwork is kept up to date

Secretary

  • Keep group records
  • Manage official group communications
  • Regularly interact with various group social media
  • Handle media / press inquiries
  • Contact other groups to further group exposure
  • Ensure any federal / state paperwork is kept up to date

Public Relations

  • Regularly interact with various group social media
  • Handle media / press inquiries
  • Contact other groups to further group exposure
  • Help promote group events and upcoming meetings
  • Work with members to determine future events
  • Help plan and coordinate events
