President
- Lead meetings as needed
- Represent group for external demonstrations / speaking engagements
- Ensure group held to standards of Bylaws & Membership Rules
- Keep efforts of the board on point and progress being made
- Facilitate scheduling and coordination of board efforts
- Support other board members in their duties as needed
Vice President
- Act as a Quartermaster for the space
- New member introduction / management
- Alternate meeting leader / group representative
- Support President in ensuring progress on board efforts is made
- Support other board members in their duties as needed
Treasurer
- Maintain group financial accounts
- Ensure members do not fall behind in dues
- Monthly reports to the board of financial status
- Ensure group financial obligations are met on time (Rent, Bills)
- Ensure any federal / state paperwork is kept up to date
Secretary
- Keep group records
- Manage official group communications
- Regularly interact with various group social media
- Handle media / press inquiries
- Contact other groups to further group exposure
- Ensure any federal / state paperwork is kept up to date
Public Relations
- Regularly interact with various group social media
- Handle media / press inquiries
- Contact other groups to further group exposure
- Help promote group events and upcoming meetings
- Work with members to determine future events
- Help plan and coordinate events
