Initial Guidelines
- These are some initial guidelines until we get the space ready for our purposes
- No Painting
- No structural modifications
- Brand new or new like materials are off limits
- No Major moving furniture/anything
- Leave the space better or exactly as you found it
- Shop is a shared work space, it MUST be left in usable condition
- Do not remove anything from the space
- Avoid the yard, our initial focus is the shop and house
- Do not leave anything outside that cannot stand the weather
House
- Move a couple folding tables / chairs into the main area (where you walk in)
- Plywood over both front windows / Spray foam front windows
- Stairwell/Upstairs closed off for now
- Replace bulbs in light fixtures
- Clean grates in ceiling
- Stock bathroom with Toilet paper / hand soap / paper towels / Toilet Plunger
- (John) Make "M" logo for front door glass
Shop
- Inventory all tools
- Organize all tools
- Large back room is off limits (Door needs to be fixed to shut so it can be locked (padlock)
- Small back room is ours, should be secured (padlock) Needs door hung
- Inventory attic, include quality/status/usability of items
- Inventory raw materials
- Accurate measurement of shop / rooms / attic
Yard
- Inventory loft, include quality/status/usability of items
