  • Lead meetings as needed

Vice President

  • Act as a Quartermaster for the space
  • New member introduction / management

Treasurer

  • Maintain group financial accounts
  • Ensure members do not fall behind in dues
  • Monthly reports to the board of financial status
  • Ensure group financial obligations are met on time (Rent, Bills)

Secretary

  • Keep group records
  • Manage official group communications
  • Regularly interact with various group social media
  • Handle media / press inquiries
  • Contact other groups to further group exposure

  • Regularly interact with various group social media
  • Handle media / press inquiries
