This template can be used to archive old warnings on IP user talk pages. The reason for archiving can be changed from its default with the reason= parameter, which affects the text "This shared IP ... these warnings are likely stale."

Surround old warnings on a user IP page (especially shared IPs) by

 {{Old IP warnings top}}

and

 {{Old IP warnings bottom}}

The template can also be subst'ed.
