Space to do list

The purpose of this to do list is for things that have already been approved and are just waiting to be done. If you are looking to make changes to the space and do not see it on here then do not do it yet. This is not just the decision of the Board, but also a requirement of the landlord in our lease. Either follow this simple rule or run the chance of costing the group the space. If there is something that you would like to see done please detail it the Space requests section and we can begin the process of approving the change/improvement.

The items that need doing will be split up by what area of the space they are in and then further details shall be included with them in some manner. If someone is already slotted to do a particular task, do not start on it without working through them (i.e. offer to help).

House

• Move a couple folding tables / chairs into the main area (where you walk in)
• Replace bulbs in light fixtures with more energy efficient bulbs
• Stock bathroom with Toilet paper / hand soap / paper towels / Toilet Plunger - Various people donated stuff
• Hang the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom on the small stub of wall left of the mirror
• (John) Make "M" logo for front door glass
• Accurate measurements of the house - Dan K. posted measurements to the list

Shop

• Accurate measurement of house shop and room under the mezzanine
• Put primer on the south wall of the shop so we can put a logo/mural or something else up there
• Outside the door the cement wall can be primed and prepped to paint something on it

Yard

• Attempt measuring the yard to the best possible means
