Purpose
The Board of Directors is the governing body of the organization. They are to keep the organization moving in the direction that is in the best of interest for the members of the group. Their time is to be volunteered and are to attempt making as few decisions on their own without the input of the membership as possible. The board is governed by the rules laid out in the Bylaws.
