** We will likely be using <s>Southeast Financial Credit Union</s> Regions Bank
*** We will be using Southeast Financial Credit Union
** We want to keep roughly 2 months worth of rent in the event that absolutely no one could pay (approx. $1500)
*** They do charge a slightly higher monthly fee, but the overdraft fees and ease of communication with a credit union out weigh other choices
** We would dip into it as little as possible and would replenish it as soon as possible
*** The monthly fee is waived if we maintain $1500 or more in the account
** We have set 3 names from the board with the ability to withdraw
*** $1500 would not be an unreasonable slush fund to keep, that would be roughly 2 months worth of rent in the event that absolutely no one could pay
** Any 2 of those names are required at any given time to make a withdrawal
*** We would dip into it as little as possible and would replenish it as soon as possible
** Paperwork is missing one signature and will be filed on Monday
