- We will be using Southeast Financial Credit Union
- They do charge a slightly higher monthly fee, but the overdraft fees and ease of communication with a credit union out weigh other choices
- The monthly fee is waived if we maintain $1500 or more in the account
- $1500 would not be an unreasonable slush fund to keep, that would be roughly 2 months worth of rent in the event that absolutely no one could pay
- We would dip into it as little as possible and would replenish it as soon as possible
- We have set 3 names from the board with the ability to withdraw
