Group Information

• Lack of Board Meetings from May to July
  • Due to busy schedule of Board members
  • Board members in constant contact via IRC/Email
  • Space move communication was handled entirely over email, in person, phone conversations, and IRC conversations

Event Discussion

• August 25th LAN Party
  • Reminder to bring surge protectors
  • Ask Jeff about borrowing projector
  • Feel feel to bring your own chair
  • Cliff and Danny doing Food
  • Group paying Cups, Napkins, Chips, Dip, BBQ Sauce, Untensils, Drinks, Beer,
  • Requesting a $10 donation for food for the evening
  • Tournament reward 5$, 10$, 20$ spark fun card TeamFortress 2

• Shelves need to be organized a bit better
• Need to fund / install a 220 power panel $350~$450 to install it
• Dan Wiring the 2nd table for power / ethernet
