Event Discussion

Claudio has ~150 flyers printed out at the space, we need another 100-200 printed, will run the 8000 toner out.
Classes
- Sculpy Class (Rachel): Saturday August 27th Board_meeting_notes_2011-07-11
- $15 per person (attendee's taking home creations).
- Waiting on Rachel to provide material purchase list and other materials needed.
- Circuit Etching
- Waiting on Ben Eishen to work up a list of everything we'll need
Shop
- The counter space in the shop has disappeared again
- 2 new saws were donated by Paul (tile &/or wet saw table?)
- Drew donated large fire extinguisher and "Exit" sign
- ATV's are taking over the shop
- Keep pushing members to help clear out the salvage and components out of the fire room
- Personal projects and materials are being stashed all over the shop vs being stored on the large central rack. Is that due to inaccessibility or lack of desire or both?
- We can't ask for better space consideration from the landlord if we are not cleaning up after ourselves.

- Next Recruitment Committee meeting scheduled for Thursday August 11th 6:30-8:00 @ Republic Coffee.
